Senator Maynard moved to amend the bill on page three, section four, line twenty-one, after the word “college” by inserting the word “and”;

On page three, section four, line twenty-three, after the word “training” by changing the colon to a period and striking out the word “and”;

And,

On page three, section four, line twenty-four, by striking out all of subdivision four.
